Kootenai Title Overview
Coeur d'Alene's Kootenai Title Company is one of the top title insurance companies operating in the Inland Northwest. With clients in Coeur d Alene, Post Falls, Spokane, Moscow, Lewiston and the Silver Valley, KT has seen its business grow. However, due to their rapidly expanding business, they hadn't had time to spend time on their website. They asked the Thinkery to take a look and see what we could do.
Main Features
The new KT website features online premium calculators, title fee estimators, and staff biographies. It also has a password protected section that allows KT clients to login and look up property information including title documents, county survey maps, and more in a custom developed Ajax front-end to Sentry Dynamics' title search service.
